In the UK during the Covid 19 pandemic we are allowed a daily walk for exercise, so, living close to the sea I have been taking a daily walk with my whippet Slim on my local beach in St Leonards, East Sussex.
It is approximately 1 mile or so of exposed beach at low tide. It began as a personal diary to share via Instagram, but has developed into a chronicle of our time, a celebration of our partnership with nature that remains constant and one that we all too often take for granted.
